ADU electrical installation | Saxelby Electric
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are becoming increasingly common as regulations are relaxed. They require a complete, properly designed electrical system to operate safely and independently. From lighting and outlets to dedicated circuits and subpanels, every detail matters.
We work from the ground up, designing and installing a fully compliant electrical system tailored to your ADU’s layout and usage. Our team ensures efficient power distribution, proper permitting, and seamless integration with your main service.
Customer Testimonials
Matthew and his team were great! Professional, courteous, hard-working. They wired our entire house and helped us to make better choices during the building process. We would’ve regretted it if we didn’t listen to them. I highly recommend Saxelby Electric!

I hired Saxelby Electric this past summer to install a new panel in the garage and a fan on our porch. They were super friendly and really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the work! I will definitely be calling back for future projects!

I’ve called on Saxelby Electric for my primary home and rental since 2011. Matthew is always so kind and does great work. I love that they are family-owned, which keeps pricing reasonable, and you get that personal touch. Thank you, Matthew!!!!

Jack has completed a couple of projects for us now, and we’ve been extremely happy with his work. He installed a dedicated circuit for one of our kitchen appliances, added a new outlet in our master bedroom with minimal drywall repair needed, and also installed a ceiling fan in our family room with its own dedicated switch integrated into our existing switch box on the wall. Jack was very professional, communicates well, and clearly takes pride in what he does. He treated our home with care and respect, like it was his own, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend Saxelby Electric for any electrical work, reliable, clean, and top-quality results.
